Tiny Dancers

Things at our boutique studio have been even more girly than usual over the last couple of weeks. Our Tiny Dancer portrait sessions have been a big hit and I am so pleased with the beautiful portraits we have captured with all the girls that took part.

Each of our Tiny Dancers got to choose from our collection of gowns and accessories and have their hair styled to suit their 'look'.

I wanted to create Fine Art portraits with the girls and experiment with styles. Many of our props and accessories were made ready for our models to choose from and it was lovely to see the girls get excited about dressing up and posing for me.

It was lovely to be able to also photograph some adorable sisters together. All the girls were naturals in front of the camera and I know I had just as much fun as the girls did getting all dressed up and using fresh flowers and vintage props.

There are so many gorgeous portraits from these sessions I can see me ordering up some new display frames for the studio walls. They are also all going to be put together in one of our beautiful portrait books for our display. Even the girls at Monsoon have asked to see what we got up to as they heard all about our Tiny Dancer sessions (not that my mum pops in there every time she passes to see which girls gowns they have on sale! ha ha)
